Finland's National Transport System Plan (Transport 12) includes new transportation projects for 2023–2030, proposed by the Transport Infrastructure Agency and approved by the Finnish Parliament. The investment program allocates EUR2.7 billion ($2.8 billion) for development and EUR727 million ($766.2 million) for basic infrastructure.
